YESAN 1ST PLANT
OVERVIEW
This factory, focusing mainly on Pinion Gear, is capable of producing 35 million pieces annually, which are divided into automatic 4 through 8-speed transmission and IVT transmission classifications. This site is also able to produce 1 million units yearly of Annulus Gear. Our three Helical Broach facilities boast 6 carburst furnaces and the majority of product is heat treated on the premises.
HIGHLIGHT
Of the many advantages our first facility in Yesan provides, the most significant is that we are the first factory to introduce the SPC system in Korea along with our ability to directly operate our precision cutting abrasive grinding machine in-house.
YESAN 2ND PLANT
OVERVIEW
Gear grinding, a precision finishing process, is the centerpiece of this facility. The bulk of production here includes 8-speed rear-pinion gear, 7-DCT speed gear and 4 Gamma IVT gears, and has an annual output capacity of 2.4 million, 600,000 and 1.3 million, respectively.
HIGHLIGHT
The second plant’s toothed-transmission error-inspection system prevents gear noise using non-conforming tooth learning.
YESAN 3RD PLANT
OVERVIEW
This factory features an Annulus Gear welding line and 8-speed DCT-gear production line with 1 million gamma AVT Ann, 700,000 units and 8-speed DCT with a 330,000 unit production capacity. It also has an FCA Motor Shaft processing line that has an 150,000 electric motor shaft yearly output.

NEOOTO’s third Yesen plant operates a state-of-the-art, non-destructive inspection system for welding parts that provides a comprehensive, ultrasonic inspection checking for internal welding defects.
KYUNGJOO PLANT - SOFT TURNING
OVERVIEW
With major customers such as the HMC and HTC Jigok and Mexico plants, Gyeongju production list includes 6/8 front wheel, 4 Gamma IVT/Kappa CVT, Second Fixed, PRI/SEC-Fixed in Gamma IVT/Kappa CVT and PRI/SEC-fixed /Kappa CVT MOV. The facility’s production volume of 8 front wheels for medium-large trucks is 830,000 units annually. The key Gamma IVT currently has a 600,000 unit per year out. 47 dependable lines, ranging from cleaning and turning to post-processing to welding processing are currently operating.

ULSAN PLANT - METAL FORGING
OVERVIEW
With major clients including HTS Sungyeon Factory and HMC Factory, the main product models of our factory classified as 7-speed DCT, 8-speed rear wheel, 6-speed front, as well as shaft output and Input products in 7-speed DCT and 8-speed Gear Mid-Anns rear wheel capable of producing 830,000 units of large-medium sized pieces along with delivery. Additionally, the all-important Gamma IVT is being produced at 600,000 units annually. We currently have 32 lines operating from forging to turning to post-processing.

VIETNAM PLANT - METAL FORGING & SOFT TURNING
OVERVIEW
In operation since October of 2007, our Vietnam subsidiary, OTO VINA, is an auto parts manufacturing corporation. Serving the transmission gear needs of both Hyundai Motor and Hyundai Transys, among others, with distinction, we are able to produce 15 million pieces annually based on turning parts. We have committed to the process of turning, and now have completed a major forging facility in 2019. With consistent high marks from our clients, we have always been and will continue to be a global leader in innovations, whether it’s cost reduction, delivery or overall quality improvement. We will always strive to be at the forefront in developing the automobile and machinery industries focusing on new product development and ever-changing technological advances.
In addition to automotive transmission parts, OTO VINA has been supplying Axle Assembly (Knuckle, Disc & Hub Assembly) for automobile front chassis module since 2019.
